John Dunneback is the Founder and CEO of CLM Group, LLC, a company built on the vision of delivering exceptional experiences while fostering lasting relationships with every client. With over 27 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, John has led the completion of over 11 million square feet of projects, valued at over $1 billion, serving as an executive for multiple national construction and real estate development firms. His deep expertise in comprehensive construction and real estate solutions sets him apart as a trusted leader in the industry.
John is highly experienced in overseeing all aspects of a project’s lifecycle. From site assessment and land evaluation to construction execution and risk management, he ensures seamless project delivery. Acting as a strategic partner, he guides clients from initial feasibility analysis to project completion, providing the insight and leadership necessary to navigate complex development challenges.
A graduate of Marquette University, John holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business Administration.
He lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three high school-aged children. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on his kids at their athletic events, traveling with his family, and playing the occasional round of golf.
