CLM Group’s design-build approach integrates the design team (architects, engineers, and consultants) and the construction team, creating a single source for the owner to work directly and collaboratively throughout the project. This allows real-time design decisions based on constructability considerations and cost estimations, resulting in a faster project timeline.
With CLM Group serving as the single point of contact, communication between the owner and the design-build team is simplified, minimizing misunderstandings and potential delays. This collaborative design process ensures cost-saving opportunities early on, leading to a successful project that is on time and on budget!
CLM Group provides general contracting services, offering a guaranteed maximum price and schedule, along with value engineering ideas and suggestions based on a completed design provided by the owner.
Once the project is awarded, leave all the details to us. We will directly contract and supervise subcontractors, maintain the project schedule, and manage all documentation from beginning to end to ensure successful project completion.
CLM Group can act as the owner’s primary agent, representing their interests and making decisions that best benefit the project’s goals while aligning with the owner’s vision. We create a collaborative environment with various stakeholders throughout the process, prioritizing communication, risk mitigation, and efficient resource allocation to achieve optimal project outcomes.
Pre-construction & Construction Services
- Conceptual estimating and site analysis
- Procure and manage consultants and the design team
- Establish and maintain project schedules and construction budgets
- Procure and manage general contractors and subcontractors for construction projects
Land Acquisition
- Site assessment and land evaluation
- Manage all aspects of site due diligence, identifying and quantifying risk items during the due diligence period
- Coordinate geotechnical investigations
- Coordinate wetland evaluations and manage the wetland mitigation approval process
- Coordinate Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental surveys
- Manage the environmental remediation process for brownfield sites
- Assist with obtaining NFRs (No Further Remediation) for brownfield sites
Entitlements, Rezoning, Annexation
- Meet with and present to municipalities for project approvals
- Procure and manage the entitlement consultant team
